Carpets

We stock a huge range of carpets varying from luxury thick and soft piles to short and dense piles to cover all preferences. We are one of the main stockists for Abingdon Flooring in the entire UK stocking the majority of their flooring, however, we are also stockists for most major carpet manufacturers including Associated Weavers, Brintons, Cormar Carpets, Fells, Invictus, Lifestyle Floors, Penthouse Carpets, Ulster, Victoria Carpets, Westex & More.

Luxury Vinyl (LVT)

We offer a huge range of LVT in store from manufacturers like Karndean to Rhinofloor. Luxury Vinyl Tile is hugely increasing in popularity over recent years with a massive choice of design going from straight plank, parquets/herringbones to tiles with up to lifetime wear warranties as well as being waterproof. LVT comes in both gluedown and click options, gluedown is the most popular with there being considerably more choice in design and laying patterns and even being able to have borders and design strips incorporated although click is still popular there is less choice in design and no option to lay the flooring alternatively to how it was intended. Both types of LVT need a smooth and sound subfloor to lay on, because of this we may need to lay a smoothing compound or ply the subfloor prior to installation giving a great overall finish. We always say that we would do any preparation needed rather than getting someone else in to do so as we will not know if the products they use are suitable and are also not up to the same standard finish as if we did it. We can also control any type of rising moisture problems you may have prior to installation as well.

Vinyl/Cushion Flooring

In our showrooms we have a huge choice of samples to cover all budgets of this floorcovering. Vinyl has a larger choice of designs than any other floorcovering and it fully waterproof making it a great choice for wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets and kitchens especially with it being a cheaper option, however, it is not recommended in any area with heavy furniture or areas that you will be frequently moving things around on such as a lounge or a dining room with chairs on as vinyl is easier to rip or puncture than other floorcovering.

Laminate

With laminate we only sell Quick-Step. We have found over the years that there is a huge choice of laminate on the market but none are simply up to the standard of Quick-Step. Quick-Step over a wide range of designs mostly all water resistant and with wear warranties from 20 to 25 years in domestic areas. They also offer exact matching scotia (beading) if you want to leave the skirting boards on as well as matching doorstrips, although we usually opt for metal doorstrips as they last longer, are harder to damage and are also cheaper.

Commercial Flooring

We offer multiple floorcoverings suitable for commercial and industrial space. If you are after a softer flooring we have a range of carpet tiles & commercial grade carpets mainly put in schools and large offices. If you are after a hard floor we have a huge range of LVT, Safety Flooring and even Laminate which is suitable. Some of these choices even come with 20 year wear warranties for industrial spaces. We also will do any subfloor preparation that may be needed.
